Is addition of Sarah Palin is a disaster for the republican ticket ?

by on April 5, 2011

Even blind supporter of republican party will admit that Sarah palin is probably not the best choice as VP. It is proven that she does not have the intelllect to lead a great nation like USA. Thats my personal view. Do you think she is a disaster to GOP ticket? Adding her to ticket has caused no advantage to the ticket, rather harm (questioning judgement of Mccain). What you think? Her addition is bad or good?

I love Sarah Palin. She supports McCain. Biden already is going against Obama. He is warning the country. How can anyone support Obama when His own VP pick is against him.

Nope she’s just fine with me

I think she helped quite a bit when she was first added. And she definitely energized and is still energizing the BASE. But, as moderates and undecideds continued watching her, she proved her complete ignorance on foreign and national policy.

She has become a huge drag on the campaign. All polls seem to suggest this. Only die-hard conservatives like her . . . not all of them, of course. But that’s about it.

not to me.

Only Liberals and Democrats think so.

Most voters, Republicans and Democrats alike, say she is a bad choice for a v.p. The media had been saying so for the past month or so.

The next question is: Could McCain drop her and pick a new one just before the election?

We’ll find out on November 4th. Until then this is just speculation.

I think the Libs better get themselves set for a disappointment.

Edit. Mr_cj. I’m an Independent so your statement is patently false on its face. Add to that my wife who is a lifelong Democrat and is voting McCain and I think the Libs have a real problem in november.

Palin is a joke. She was billing her own state of Alaska for plane rides, hotel stays and for even staying at her own home!

The base thinks she is the best thing since sliced bread. That is how out of touch the republican base is with mainstream thinking. Colin Powell is a perfect example of a centrist republican alienated by his party’s choice of the extreme right wing Palin.

I actually think she is the best thing to happen to politics in 20 years.

mr_cj_jr April 5, 2011 at 12:52 pm

Yes. She’s only popular with their base supporters.

She has yet to draw any independent voters to the McCain/Palin ticket in the volumes they expected. Many have NOT chosen McCain because of Palin. Ans, some have SWITCHED because of her too.

SONS OF THUNDER April 5, 2011 at 1:19 pm

Yes, Palin is a joke. McCains titanic is sinking and Sarah Palin is the iceberg that struck the hull.

Ewhales April 5, 2011 at 1:52 pm

Actually, I think she’s a great choice. (alot better than Biden) She’s pro-life (not ANTI-LIFE) She supports proposition 8, she’s not a coward and believes in finishing the war in iraq. she’s a hockey mom and knows what everyone else is going through. the list goes on! Go Palin!
(And if anyone is blind, well let’s just say it’s not the republicans)

kenny for mccain April 5, 2011 at 2:20 pm
