Think about this Atheists, if Sarah Palin had been a sane atheist, do you think she would make as much money?

Atheists, think about it, had Sarah Palin been a sane atheist, do you think she would have as many TV and book deals as she did? Naturally it was VERY good for her to be Christian. Right?

I’d rather be a sane atheist than an insane theist.

Probably wouldn’t, but at least we’d have gotten rid of “Okey Dokey’

it benefited her financially, I suppose, but is that worth being the laughing stock of the nation?

If she had been a sane atheist, she probably would be vice president. On the other hand, as it is now, it doesn’t matter how much money she makes, she’s still an idiot and about 5 steps behind most other politicians.

This is kind of a faulty logic… Plenty of people get fame and recognition for their anti-religious views… Bill Maher, Louis C.K…. the list goes on.

She is only famous for her batsh!t insanity, and it was only given to her by other batsh!t conservatives… so I fail to see what your reasoning is.

That’s like asking if a bagel had been born a strawberry, would people still eat it… of course they would… but the fact remains a bagel is made out of dough, and is nothing at all like a strawberry.

Financially it is a brilliant move in the US ofcourse.

On the other hand. Practically the entire world is laughing with the US for just another reason.

God is something that:
the simple man knows is true
the wise man knows is false
and the politician knows is useful.

I’d first like to see proof that the term “sane atheist” is not an oxymoron.

Celebrity atheists like Hitchens and Dawkins are rare. It is way easier to fleece the Crust Stains with nonsense.

You mean, if she wasnt Sarah Palin? Dunno, does not-Palin have any marketable skills?

I have no problem with people who exploit gullible people to make money. It’s an established tradition.

I simply don’t believe in God. If someone wants to get on TV and say God exists and that people should send him money/elect him/suck his balls/whatever, I couldn’t care less.

Of course not! On the other hand, if she were to “convert” to atheism NOW, with her reputation, she would probably make a fortune off the sensationalism. I think she ought to try it, it’s all about the money anyhow.
Blessings on your Journey!
